Client Service Coordinator
This position is responsible for serving as the technical liaison between the Client Service Manager (CSM) and development team during the initial set-up of a client's site; performing daily site checks, troubleshooting issues, managing & tracking resolution, and performing initial QA on all assigned sites; and in collaboration with the CSM, supporting the project management effort by helping to gather and document technical requirements, estimate level of effort, adhere to timelines, and update the project records.
